FAQ'S

Do I need a reservation?
Yes, with the increased popularity of doggie daycare, we do require reservations.  This will help us to better staff our playrooms as well.

Do you Require Vaccinations for all dogs?
We require all dogs to be current on DA2PP or DHLPP, Rabies, and Bordetella vaccinations.  Acceptable forms of proof for vaccinations are: receipts from veterinarian, health certificate, or faxed medical records.  Hand-written check-off cards will not be accepted as a valid form of vaccination record.  Owners should also keep us informed of any updates to their vaccination records.  If your dog is a puppy they need their first set of vaccinations and Bordetella.

Should I bring toys or bedding from home for my dog?
No need.  We have a large assortment of fun and safe dog toys.  We also provide bedding for the dogs at nap time.

Should I bring food for my dog?
We recommend that you stick to your dog's regular feeding schedule.  If you wish for us to feed your dog during the day please bring the food in a sealed container, or zip-lock bag along with your feeding instructions.  Please only bring enough food for one feeding, we do not have a big area to store alot of food.  The dogs will have access to fresh water all day long.

Do you provide overnight boarding?
We do not provide any overnight care.  Our facility is not zoned for a overnight kennel.

Can someone other than me pick up my dog?
Yes, however we need to know who that person is and we will require a valid ID.
